Vivian Chan is a native Brooklynite who has a passion to feed, teach and engage people with food. She is a staff Culinary Producer for Food Network, Discovery. She creates content for multiple digital platforms across Discovery brands and is the face of Food Network Kitchen. Today, she is the host of Cooking Channel’s newest baking show, Freakshow Cakes and Food Network’s Viv’s Tips, Let’s Eat, Kitchen Sink and Monday Bites. Vivian is also a recurring judge for Christmas Cookie Challenge, Beat Bobby Flay and Worst Cooks in America. Her newest project with Food Network is weekly cooking classes on the Food Network Kitchen App.
She is also the host of her very own podcast, Simmer Down with Viv. Each week, Vivian invites you to dive into a topic she is hungry for.
