Returns

We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with our products which is why we offer a 15-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for the size, style, fit or any other reason, simply return the product to us within 15 days from receipt of order, for a 100% refund.

Our money back guarantee is simple – we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase and all items sold come with a 15 day money back guarantee (buyer pays return postage).

Your refund will be processed to the same form of payment used upon receipt of your returned order. Original or subsequent shipping charges will not be refunded. Should the product be found to be in an unsatisfactory condition (used, washed or packaging/tags missing), the product will be returned to sender.

If you would like to exchange an item you’ll need to complete a return and place a new order. The Wee Bean does not cover international return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only currently available for Hong Kong orders. For all international orders, please complete a return and place a new order. The Wee Bean does not cover return shipping costs.

Return Process:

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Product that is returned more than 15 days after receipt
• Any product where it is found to have negligent or accidental damage
• Any product that has been used, worn, altered or washed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
• Any gift sets
• Any sale or discounted items
• Any free gifts
• Any masks for hygienic reasons
• Any added gift cards or packaging 

We will refund the full amount (not including shipping and handling charges, duties & taxes where applicable) back to your method of payment within 10 - 15 business days. 

To initiate a return request, please email us at service@theweebean.com along with your order number and the item(s) you want to return and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  

Gift Cards

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card. Nice and simple.
