ribbon quality is really bad

as a gift to my friend, i felt really disappointed, the packing looks really sucks.. At first, when it come, the ribbon didnt tie properly at all, so i tried to re-tied properly by myself and adjust the length as it was too long, but then i found that when i cut it, there were tons of "fragments" coming out, ,making me couldnt even cut it properly. I suppose good quality of ribbon is not that expensive? please use a better one to build your branding, thanks.

Was Perfect For My Nephew in the US

Since I was not able to travel home to my sisters baby shower I bought several items from Wee Bean and my sister loves all of it. She was so happy with the cute designs and softness of the material. The efficiency of being able to order and deliver it straight to the US was a bonus if you don't mind the extra little cost. The only thing I didnt like was not being able to track my package after Wee Bean shipped out item from HK. I would happily order again.
