If you’re navigating this new world, know that your feelings are valid and you’re not alone.

I’ve been there myself, pushing through pain because I felt like formula wasn’t an option, crying in the bathroom at night. Looking back, I wish I’d put my health first. You deserve support, and sometimes the best choice is what works for both you and your baby.
Self-care for new moms isn’t just a luxury—it’s a necessity. Here are a few ways to nurture yourself while caring for your baby:
Prioritize rest. Even short naps can make a difference. If possible, nap when your baby naps.
Ask for help. Lean on your support network and accept offers of help from friends or family.
