Our October Bean of the Month comes from Manila, Philippines! We've been getting tons of pictures of Baby Samy from her mommy Bong (@bdrchua) and we couldn't help but share this cutie with our community. Baby Sammy just turned 7 months old and looks like a little fashionista in our bibs. We love how Mommy & Daddy have clothes to match Baby Samy too. It's clear that this family loves nostalgia and with all the props and effort they put into their photos, they're creating more memories to share for their future generations!
TWB:Can you give us a brief intro about your family and where you are from?
@bdrchua: Mommy (Bong) and Daddy (Colby) are from Manila, Philippines. Samy is our miracle baby, an answered prayer.
TWB: What The Wee Bean items did you buy/get gifted and how do you like our products?
TWB: What items do you recommend for first-time moms?
@bdrchua: Ring slings & a baby carrier. It allows you to do chores around the house without bring worried if your baby will need you.
TWB: What's your favourite activity to do with your baby?
@bdrchua:
I say affirmations to Samy after feeding & before she does independent play. I love how she always responds with a sweet smile as I caress her cheeks while reciting the affirmations.
TWB: Best baby-friendly places to go to in your city?
@bdrchua: We’re still in community quarantine but I’m looking forward to bringing Samy to parks. Especially to Baluarte San Diego in the old historic city of Intramuros.
TWB: What's one tip you have for all the new mommies/daddies out there?
@bdrchua: It might and will get hard, but you’ll look back & you’ll be amazed on how strong motherhood has made you.
